Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Interior Design Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from design concept development and space planning to detailed drawings and in office execution. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and design intent. The role involves reviewing construction drawings, supervising site work, guiding furniture and material selections, and resolving design and execution issues promptly.

The Project





Manager will also prepare project documentation, track progress, and collaborate closely with the design team to maintain consistency and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Furniture planning, selection, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience managing interior projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, conduct regular site visits, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
