Role Description The Interior Client Acquisition Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position focuses on identifying and acquiring new clients for interior projects, wooden door solutions, and related infrastructure offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with design and project teams to propose suitable solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals, supporting pricing discussions, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and tracking conversion metrics. The associate is expected to build long-term relationships, provide regular follow-ups,



and represent Heaven Group professionally in client interactions and local market networking activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Acquisitions skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and maintain professional client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs, project feasibility, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess Due Diligence capabilities to review client information, project scope, and contractual terms carefully.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance understanding, including pricing, margins, and straightforward financial assessments related to projects.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition in interiors, construction, or real estate is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with strong organizational and time management skills.
