Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Interior Architect and Sales role based in Chennai. The role involves meeting clients to understand their requirements, preparing design concepts and space plans, and coordinating interior architecture and fit-out solutions from initial briefing through execution.

The Interior

Architect and Sales professional will present design proposals, prepare quotations, and actively follow up to close sales and manage client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress and quality, and ensuring designs meet budget, timeline, and safety standards. The role also requires maintaining a pipeline of leads, contributing to marketing and showroom presentations, and providing post-completion support to clients. Handle leads, client enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

Conduct client meetings and site visits.





Understand client requirements, budget, and design preferences.

Prepare interior concepts, layouts, 2D drawings and 3D presentations.

Present designs and proposals professionally to clients.

Prepare and explain quotations and project scope.

Negotiate and close interior projects.

Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the design stage.

Achieve monthly sales and project targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture to develop coherent design concepts and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Interior Fit-out to manage materials, finishes, and on-site execution.
- Relevant skills such as client consultation, sales negotiation, and relationship management are beneficial.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with MS Office tools is preferred.
- A B.Arch, diploma, or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with prior experience in interior projects or design-sales roles, is advantageous.
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Chennai, and readiness to visit project locations as needed are required.
