Role Description The Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. In this position, the specialist will support clients and MFDs by advising on suitable insurance products, explaining policy features, and assisting with documentation, proposals, and claims-related queries. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with insurance partners, processing applications, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.

The role also involves providing proactive customer service, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with the finance and advisory teams to integrate insurance solutions into broader financial plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance and related financial products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or similar tools.
- Relevant experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or advisory roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial.
