Position: Integration Developer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate
Role Purpose The Integration Developer is responsible for CPMP integration and API engineering, delivering assigned outcomes within the Ross governance, architecture, privacy, security, quality, and release framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Build integrations between CPMP and Epsilon, Snowflake, Marketing Hub, Bread Financial, POS, and other approved systems.
- Implement mappings, transformations, authentication, routing, retries, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Implement identity lookup and consent/preference synchronization.
- Build idempotency and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Use OOTB connectors where fit for purpose and MuleSoft where orchestration or custom integration is required.
- Build real-time and batch interfaces as required.
- Create tests and support SIT, UAT, performance testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Maintain interface specifications, mappings, runbooks, and support documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in integration development.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth/security, and enterprise SaaS integrations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer data, privacy, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments with client and third-party platform teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery and structured enterprise governance.
Key Deliverables / Outputs
- Complete role-specific deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and phase gates.
- Document and escalate risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions early.
- Complete implementation evidence and documentation for testing, audit, release, and operational handover.
- Complete knowledge transfer for Ross and Wipro operational teams.
Success Measures
- On-time delivery of assigned outcomes.
- Quality and compliance with approved Ross requirements.
- Early identification and resolution of blockers.
- Explicit documentation, traceability, and audit evidence.
- Effective collaboration across Wipro, Ross, and third-party teams.
Key Stakeholder Interfaces
- Ross business, privacy, marketing, technology, data, security, and program stakeholders.
- Wipro Delivery Head, Engagement Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.
- Epsilon and other approved third-party platform teams.
- OneTrust/Ketch support or product teams where applicable.
Governance & Working Model
- Participate in relevant daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, weekly delivery governance, and phase-gate reviews.
- Follow Ross and Wipro security, privacy, access, confidentiality, and delivery standards.
- Maintain role-specific documentation and evidence.
- Escalate blockers through the agreed Wipro-Ross governance path.
