Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Consultant role based in Kolkata.

The Insurance

Consultant will advise customers on suitable insurance products, explain policy terms and coverage options, and support clients in selecting plans that fit their financial needs and risk profile. The role involves assessing customer requirements, preparing quotations, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

and maintain accurate records of interactions and recommendations. The role also includes staying updated on insurance and finance regulations, market trends, and company offerings to provide informed, ethical guidance.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Insurance products and basic understanding of Finance principles.
- Experience or aptitude in Consulting, including needs assessment and solution-based recommendations.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with documentation and policy data.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
