- Supervise the shift instrument team and associated activities so that they achieve QHSE, Integrity, Assurance, Cairn India Control of Work compliance standards and Operational goals.
- Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and leadership to the shift maintenance team.
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of Instrument equipment and systems shutdown programmes.
- Assist with shift team planning to ensure adequate coverage of instrument duties, including coverage of emergency duties.
- Plan electrical teams daily and weekly work schedules.
