Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Insurance Financial Advisor.

The Insurance Financial

Advisor will work directly with business clients to assess their financial risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial and insurance needs analyses, preparing tailored financial plans, explaining policy options and coverage details, and guiding clients through the purchase and renewal process. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, staying current on insurance products, regulations, and market trends, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Advisor will collaborate with internal teams, participate in virtual client meetings, and support ongoing client education on risk management and financial protection.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design comprehensive long-term strategies for business clients.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze portfolios and recommend suitable financial instruments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Insurance to interpret coverage options, assess risk, and advise on appropriate business policies.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build lasting client relationships.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, demonstrating strong time management, self-motivation, and digital collaboration skills.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, IRDAI license) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial advisory, insurance consulting, or risk management, especially with business clients, is beneficial.
