Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage insurance agents/advisorsDevelop and maintain robust relationships with agentsGenerate business through the agency channelSupport agents in lead generation, sales, and policy conversionAchieve assigned sales and business targetsConduct regular meetings and follow-ups with agentsEnsure quality business and customer satisfaction
