The role holder is responsible for ensuring secure operation in the plant and support production team for continuous operation without breakdown.
:
- All instruments to be calibrated as per the ISO standards (ISO-17025 )
- Continuous monitoring of all the CCPs and OPRP equipments / instruments.
- Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
- Prepare PM schedule and follow the PM activity as per the schedule.
- Installation and commissioning of field instruments like Temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, flow, level sensors and performing their calibration.
- Making changes in HMI (Human machine Interface) and PLC (Programming Logic Controller)
- Maintenance of PLC control panels, Motor operated valves, pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves.
- Basic Trouble shoots of PLC and SCADA systems. (Allen Bradley,
Honeywell, Siemens, and delta make)
- Limit setting for actuators of valves. (samson, Rotex, dembla)
- Weighing scale and weighbridge calibration.
Qualification & Experience:
- Educational qualifications : BE (E&TC;/BE Instrumentation)
- Relevant experience : 3 to 6 Years

Knowledge:
- Knowledge in ISO standards (ISO-17025 and FSSC)
- Knowledge on relevant departments (Production, QAD & Dispatch) activities.
