Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Instrument Cluster Validation Engineer with hands-on experience in CAPL scripting, Python automation, and Automotive ECU testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating instrument cluster functionalities, developing automated test scripts, analyzing CAN communication, and ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze system, software, and diagnostic requirements for Instrument Cluster ECUs.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Instrument Cluster features.
- Design and implement CAPL scripts in CANoe for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop Python-based automation frameworks and test scripts to improve test efficiency.

- Perform validation of
- Gauges (Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel, Temperature)
- Warning and Tell-tale indicators

- Driver Information Display (DID)

- TFT/LCD graphical displays

- Odometer and Trip functions

- Illumination and Dimmer controls

- Diagnostic functions (UDS)





- CAN/LIN communication interfaces
- Execute end-to-end vehicle-level and bench-level validation.
- Perform CAN signal verification using CANoe/CANalyzer.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and support issue debugging with software development teams.
- Create test reports, defect reports, and validation summaries.
- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and release sign-off activities.
- Support HIL/SIL/MIL testing activities when required.
