Position: Instructional Designer

Experience

- Freshers with relevant educational background and strong learning aptitude
- 1–2 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development

Work Mode

- Remote / Work From Home
- Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop system
- Stable and reliable internet connection is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze learning requirements and create instructional design solutions
- Develop storyboards, course outlines, and learning content
- Design engaging eLearning modules, assessments, and interactive learning experiences
- Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and developers




- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and industry best practices

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools is an advantage
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
