- Location: St. Marks Road, Bengaluru
- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Work from office at least 4 days per week
- Shift: General Shift
- Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic / International)

As a HR Specialist you will have the prospect to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Design, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and advance organizational capabilities
- Implement e-learning solutions and instructor led training to enhance learning experience
- Determine and assess learning needs through skill gap analysis and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with global and local teams and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop strategic learning solutions
- Measure Training effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in capability development.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organizations goals.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, guides and manuals.

Your Skills and Expertise : To set you up for success in this role from day one,

requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or higher
- Ten + years experience of Training & Development
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Strong understanding of instructional design theory and implementation

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent communication and Leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Stakeholder management
- Manage external training vendors and consultants
