Through our flagship initiative "Gurukul," we're building bridges between universities, institutions, and academic leaders to unlock global opportunities for Indian students and institutions alike.
We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to lead institutional growth across South India.
What This Role Is About:
This isn't just business development, it's building long-term institutional trust and converting relationships into meaningful academic partnerships. If you've built university relationships, closed MoUs, or worked closely with institutional leadership, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with universities and colleges across South India
? Lead discussions and closure of MoUs with our partnered US-based university ecosystem
? Build relationships with Directors, Vice Chancellors, International Office leaders, Deans, and Principals
? Identify, qualify, and convert institutional leads through strategic outreach
? Plan and execute campus activations, seminars, workshops,
and student engagement initiatives
? Represent Namaste Global Gurukul at education fairs, conferences, and networking forums
? Contribute to regional growth strategy and expand our institutional footprint
? Track partnership pipeline and drive consistent momentum toward growth targets
Who We're Looking For
✅ 3–5 years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, University Partnerships, Academic Alliances, or International Education
✅ Strong, active network with universities/colleges in South India
✅ Proven track record of closing institutional collaborations
✅ Experience in international education or cross-border academic engagement is a strong plus
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Self-starter with solid ownership and ability to work independently
