Key Responsibilities
- Build tie-ups with schools, PU colleges, degree colleges, universities & educational institutions
- Connect with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers & Career Counsellors
- Organise career talks, workshops & campus activities
- Generate student leads and convert them into admissions
- Develop institutional collaborations and achieve admission targets
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years' experience in education business development/student recruitment
- Strong network with Bangalore schools & colleges preferred
- Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills
- Field-oriented, target-driven and passionate about education
