Abhyaas is a test prep institution for competitive exams like CLAT/CAT/GRE etc. Abhyaas currently operates 4 learning centers in Hyderabad and Warangal training over 2500 students every year in these locations. Abhyaas also has an engaging online presence with E–learning courses .

Gyanville Academy is a revolution in intermediate education offering both MPC and MEC courses, with an emphasis on enabling students to make informed career choices in Engineering, Law, and others. It attracts applications 4 times the seats available from both Telugu and adjacent states.

About the Role

Abhyaas Edu Technologies is expanding its institutional partnerships across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with schools, junior colleges, educational institutions, and bar associations.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Institutional Relations & Outreach Associate who can build strong institutional relationships, generate qualified leads, coordinate product demonstrations, and drive successful onboarding and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and establish relationships with schools, junior colleges, educational institutions, and bar associations .

· Conduct institutional visits and manage end-to-end field outreach activities .

· Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, events, and institutional engagement.

· Schedule and coordinate EdMark / ICAP SaaS-model product demonstrations and pilot discussions .

· Deliver or coordinate effective product presentations and demonstrations for institutional stakeholders.

· Understand institutional requirements and communicate relevant Abhyaas solutions effectively.

· Coordinate seminars, orientations, workshops, awareness programs, and institutional events .

· Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, management representatives, coordinators,



faculty, and other key stakeholders.

· Manage regular follow-ups with prospective institutions and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.

· Drive lead conversion, institutional onboarding, and recurring SaaS business growth .

· Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, demos, conversions, and institutional interactions.

· Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding after closure.

· Prepare regular outreach and performance reports for management.
