Dreamforest Films is a luxury wedding photography and film studio shooting across India, Thailand and Dubai. We are looking for one person to own our Instagram output and our incoming client messages. Open to full-time candidates; strong part-time or freelance applicants may also apply.

Role & responsibilities:

Build Instagram feed posts, carousels and stories from our wedding galleries using our existing templates.

Publish daily, on schedule, with correct captions and vendor tags.

Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries within the hour during working hours.

Log every enquiry with date, source, wedding dates and budget.

Maintain the content calendar and flag gaps a week in advance.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on with Canva.



Photoshop or Lightroom is a plus.

Sharp eye for cropping and layout. You will be given the aesthetic direction and must execute it exactly.

Transparent, polite written English for client messages.

Reliable and punctual. Consistency matters more than creativity in this role.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be given a short paid trial task: build one carousel and three stories from images we supply.
