- Inside Sales Specialist

- Communicate with business customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Generate sales opportunities and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Support business growth through B2B sales, channel sales, dealer management, and distributor development.

- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with customers and business partners.

- Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.

- Manage sales activities effectively during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales

- Handle B2B sales activities and communicate with potential business customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

- Follow up with potential customers to support sales conversions.

- Maintain proper communication with existing and prospective customers.

Dealer And Distributor Management

- Manage relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

- Coordinate with dealers and distributors regarding business requirements and sales opportunities.





- Support the expansion of the dealer and distributor network.

- Identify potential business partners and contribute to network development.

Channel Sales

- Manage sales activities through dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.

- Coordinate with channel partners to improve sales performance.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners.

- Support channel partners with relevant sales-related information and coordination.

Enterprise Sales

- Handle enterprise and business customers.

- Understand the requirements of larger business accounts.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

- Follow up with business clients to generate and close sales opportunities.
