About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating with the sales team, and driving opportunities for commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their office space and commercial real estate requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, space requirement, timeline, and other business needs.
- Explain suitable office space solutions and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Work closely with the Business Development and Transaction teams to ensure smooth movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly calling, lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, managed office spaces, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solution
