Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and present suitable network security and storage solutions. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and account management teams to support the sales process.

The Inside Sales

Representative will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM,



and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust Inside Sales skills with experience handling inbound and outbound sales activities.

- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive, respectful, and solutions-focused interactions.

- Proven Customer Service capabilities, including managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

- Lead Generation experience, including qualifying prospects and nurturing opportunities.

- Account Management skills to maintain relationships, support renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and confident presentation abilities.

- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking activities and reporting.

- Interest or experience in IT, network security, or technology solutions is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet sales goals.

- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
