Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative position based in South Delhi.

The Inside Sales

Representative will engage with walk-in customers, respond to inquiries, present product options, and provide detailed information to support purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing incoming leads, conducting follow-ups via phone and email, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and supporting account management activities. The role involves coordinating with the showroom and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, tracking deliveries, and resolving customer issues promptly.

The Inside Sales

Representative will also help drive sales targets, promote new collections, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to manage inquiries, convert prospects, and meet sales goals.




- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, handle concerns, and create positive shopping experiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to maintain relationships, track orders, and support repeat business.
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a retail/gallery environment, with attention to detail and a qualified demeanor.
- Prior experience in inside sales, retail, luxury goods, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software is beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
