Inside Sales Manager – Tender Department

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Government, PSU and GeM tenders from registration to bid submission.
- Manage tender registration, payments, documentation and e-tendering activities .
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and scope of work.
- Float RFQs to vendors/contractors, collect quotations and prepare comparative statements .
- Ensure timely bid preparation, submission and follow-up .
- Prepare bills and coordinate with respective departments.
- Follow up with clients for orders and enquiry conversion .
- Handle the complete enquiry-to-order cycle .
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly MIS reports .
- Lead and manage the Tender/Inside Sales team , allocate work and monitor team performance.




- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely completion of tenders and enquiries.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Tender / Inside Sales / Techno-Commercial activities.
- Team handling/Team management experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal and Government/PSU e-Tendering .
- Experience in tender documentation, bid management and quotation preparation.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Candidates from Cement, Power, Steel or other industrial sectors will be preferred.
