? Role: Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveWe are looking for a result-oriented sales qualified who can generate business, build strong customer relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads and business opportunities through calls, emails, digital inquiries, and other channels.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Actively follow up with prospects to drive lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the interior, architecture, home décor, and commercial spaces segment.
- Present and recommend suitable designer ceiling fans and premium planters based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head, field sales team, stores, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records using digital tools and CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on leads, conversions, and business opportunities.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience and contribute to repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 6 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Home Décor, Building Materials, Furniture, Lighting, Sanitaryware, Modular Kitchen, Premium Lifestyle Products, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience handling architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, or commercial clients are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business development and revenue generation.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
