About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our sales and business development team. The candidate will assist in generating leads, communicating with prospective customers, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Track leads and provide regular sales activity reports.
- Assist in converting enquiries into potential business opportunities.
- Develop good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales process.
Requirements
- Graduate / pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Sales, or a related field .
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel .
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory .
