We Are Hiring Sales Executive – Inside Sales & Lead Conversion Executive

We are seeking a motivated, persistent, and result‑oriented Sales Executive to handle incoming B2B leads, understand customer requirements, maintain systematic follow‑ups, and convert qualified prospects into confirmed orders.

02–03 Years (Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Handling)

Education: Any Graduation

CTC: Rs.03.00LPA To Rs.03.60LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1- Lead Management & Qualification:

Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, referrals, digital marketing, Google Ads, and existing customers. Qualify prospects, record key details, and ensure no lead is left unattended.

2- Sales & Customer Handling:

Recommend suitable machinery, explain features, share catalogues/videos, prepare quotations, and conduct structured follow‑ups.



Own the lead conversion process from enquiry to order closure.

3- Lead Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM. Update lead status, generate pipeline reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Skills Required

1- Confident in customer conversations (Phone/WhatsApp/Email).

2- Robust in spoken & written English.

3- Persuasive, proactive, and persistent in follow‑ups.

4- Target‑oriented and motivated by incentives.

5- Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple leads.

6- Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email & Letter drafting.

7- Willing to learn about industrial machinery & packaging solutions.
