We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in lead qualification. The ideal candidate should have a background in loans, mortgages, banking, financial services, or collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and attend inbound calls and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets.
Requirements:
