About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead engagement, product pitching, sales closures, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting potential leads into active learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or learning programs.
- Conduct effective sales pitches to drive conversions and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and conversation details.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a smooth onboarding and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for future referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
