Position: Inside Sales ExecutiveIndustry: PropTech / Real Estate Technology

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our PropTech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Contact real-estate developers, brokers, property managers, and other relevant businesses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PropTech solutions.
- Conduct online product presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Work closely with marketing and customer-success teams.
- Track sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Develop long-term relationships with business clients.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / SaaS / PropTech / Real Estate sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
