Job Mission

You will be a key driver of Hoora’s business development engine, leveraging financial acumen to acquire new clients, position financial solutions, and build long-term corporate partnerships. Your mission is to bridge financial domain knowledge with high-impact sales tactics to meet aggressive growth and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- - Qualification: Any Graduate (Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in 10th, 12th & Graduation).

- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and overall market trends.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to manage client interactions and deliver pitch presentations.

- Analytical Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and market research abilities to identify competitive growth opportunities.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating under business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Business Development & Prospecting





- Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and identify potential sales opportunities within financial services and corporate segments.

- Pipeline Creation: Target, pitch, and convert new business leads to build a steady pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Solution Pitching & Client Engagement

- Financial Solutions: Analyze client requirements and present suitable financial products, proposals,

and structured business offerings.

- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term client partnerships through consistent engagement, follow-ups,

and negotiation handling.

3. Collateral Preparation & Execution

- Sales Assets: Assist in drafting pitch decks, customized financial proposals, and executive sales reports.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal finance and business development units to align product capabilities with client expectations.
