Role Description The Inprocess Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves monitoring production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications, including inspection of in-process components such as filter driers, accumulators, and related parts. The engineer will perform routine quality checks, maintain inspection records, support root-cause analysis of nonconformities, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.





Daily responsibilities include applying quality tools, updating control plans, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing line.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in in-process inspection and testing.
- Sound Quality Management knowledge, including familiarity with quality standards, procedures, and documentation practices.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis in a manufacturing workplace.
- Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, cross-functional coordination, and interaction with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or component manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with measurement instruments, basic statistical quality tools, and MS Office or similar software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambernath maintain attention to detail, and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
