Manage and supervise production activities during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth shift transitions and continuity of operations.

Analyze rejection data to identify root causes of defects. Develop and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection rates.
1. In-House Rejection Reduction:
Implement strategies to minimize in-house rejections and improve product quality. Monitor and report on rejection trends and improvements.
1. Manpower Handling:
Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets. Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Required candidate profile
Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing and Technology
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering within the injection moulding industry.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery.
Proven experience in managing shift operations and handling manpower.
Proficiency in using production management and quality control tools.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
