Creya Learning & Research is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Innovation, Design & Technology Coach to join our team.
This is a hands-on mentoring role focused on helping students explore technology, innovation and engineering through practical, project-based learning. The role involves mentoring students as they ideate, design, build, prototype, test, iterate and present their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and learning sessions in Robotics, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Coding, Engineering, 3D Design and Prototyping.
- Mentor students across different age groups and learning levels.
- Guide students through the complete project development cycle, from ideation and design to prototyping, testing and presentation.
- Support students in building innovative and functional prototypes using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, experimentation, critical thinking and real-world problem-solving.
- Create a safe, engaging and collaborative Maker Space environment.
- Prepare and organise tools, materials and equipment required for workshops.
- Maintain and manage Maker Space equipment and resources.
- Document student projects, observations and learning outcomes.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve programme delivery and learning experiences.
- Coordinate with programme, curriculum and operations teams.
- Support workshops, camps, showcases, exhibitions and special events.
- Help students effectively communicate the concept, value and learning behind their projects.
- Travel to schools within Hyderabad for workshops and programmes as required.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in Robotics, Electronics, STEM, Engineering, Technology, Design or Innovation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Creative and hands-on approach to learning and making.
- Ability to work effectively with school students and young learners.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic Maker Space environment.
Preferred Technical Skills Knowledge or hands-on experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

Eligibility
Candidates with an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Physics, Product/Industrial Design or a related field are preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have robust communication skills, curiosity and hands-on project/prototyping experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
