Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Mould Setter to handle mould setting, machine setup, and production operations in a footwear manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience with footwear moulding machines and understand basic production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Set and adjust moulds in footwear moulding machines as per production requirements.
- Install, remove and align moulds correctly before production.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, timing and injection/moulding settings.
- Ensure proper mould alignment and smooth machine operation.
- Monitor the moulding process and identify defects or abnormalities.
- Carry out mould changes according to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain proper mould-setting records and production documentation.
- Ensure moulds, machines and work areas are kept clean and safe.




- Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
- Minimize material wastage and production downtime.
- Support troubleshooting of moulding-related issues.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of footwear moulding processes.
- Knowledge of mould setting and machine operation.
- Basic understanding of temperature, pressure and cycle-time adjustments.
- Ability to identify moulding defects.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Educational QualificationITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass with relevant footwear manufacturing experience.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in EVA, PVC, PU, Rubber or other footwear mounding processes will be preferred.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Working Conditions

- Shift-based production environment.
- 6 days working.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Overtime may be available based on production requirements.
