Role Description The Injection Mold Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for injection mold tooling, from planning to delivery. This hybrid position is based in Talegaon, with an in office presence required for coordination with production, suppliers, and inspection teams, while allowing some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include developing project timelines, tracking progress, expediting critical tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that molds meet quality and performance requirements.

The role involves managing communication with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring inspection activities, resolving delays or issues, and preparing status reports for leadership.

The Project





Manager also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and supporting safe, organized project workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to plan, monitor, and deliver injection mold projects on time.
- Candidates should possess expediting skills, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to ensure timely completion of key tasks and deliveries.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including familiarity with Inspection processes and quality standards for injection molds and tooling.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management capabilities for coordinating materials, shipments, and vendor schedules.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in injection mold tooling, machining, or plastic components manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
- Proficiency in basic project tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software) and an organized, detail-oriented working style.
