Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day injection moulding production activities and operators.

- Set up and monitor injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment.

- Ensure production targets, cycle times, and output requirements are achieved.

- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.

- Identify and troubleshoot moulding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and colour variation.

- Coordinate mould changes, machine changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.

- Ensure correct material handling, drying, mixing, and feeding procedures.

- Maintain product quality according to customer specifications and quality standards.

- Reduce rejection, scrap, downtime, and material wastage.

- Conduct routine inspections of machines, moulds, and production equipment.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality,



Tool Room, Production Planning, and Stores teams.

- Ensure proper documentation of production, downtime, rejection, and process parameters.

- Train and guide machine operators and junior technicians.

- Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled.

- Investigate production problems and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor manpower allocation and shift performance.

- Prepare shift reports and communicate production issues during shift handovers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
