Job Title: IT Infrastructure Lead

Experience: 15+ Years The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the organization's overall IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems. The role leads infrastructure operations across data centers, cloud platforms, networks, cybersecurity, end-user computing, IT service management, and disaster recovery while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute enterprise IT infrastructure roadmap and strategy.
- Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, and modernization.
- Develop IT governance, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with organizational objectives.

Data Center & Cloud Management

- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Oversee server, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and business continuity.

Network & Security

- Lead management of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network security.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, and vulnerability management.

Infrastructure Operations

- Ensure 24x7 availability of critical infrastructure services.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Lead capacity planning and performance optimization.

Vendor & Budget Management





- Manage infrastructure budgets, technology investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, cloud, and support teams.
- Build high-performing teams and succession plans.
- Drive skill development and technology certifications.

- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure Management.

- Experience managing hybrid cloud and large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record in infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.
