HIRING: Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator

We are hiring Senior IT Infrastructure Administrators for a permanent chance in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Permanent

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Night Shift: Approximately once every 2 months

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following technologies:

- Windows Server
- Citrix VDI
- AWS
- Nutanix

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for production environments.
- Manage Windows Server, Citrix VDI, AWS, and/or Nutanix environments based on expertise.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Perform patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Participate in incident,



problem, and change management activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve critical infrastructure issues.
- Support a 24/7 operational environment and handle critical production incidents.

Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in at least 2 mandatory technologies.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Chennai.
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
