Position Title: Information Technology System Administrator

Timing: 2 PM to 12AM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, networking, email infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, DNS, database management, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting .

Experience in email marketing, database marketing, lead-generation environments, or managing large contact databases will be an added advantage.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT systems, and ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 2+ years of experience in IT administration, system administration, or network administration.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
5. Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, SMTP, IMAP, and network troubleshooting.
6. Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
7. Experience with cPanel and domain/email management.
8. Basic to intermediate SQL/database management skills.
9. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, firewalls, MFA, and access management.
10. Experience with data backups and disaster recovery.
11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
12.



Good documentation and organizational skills.
13. Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience The following experience will be considered a solid advantage:

1. Experience working in a B2B lead generation or database marketing company.
2. Experience supporting email marketing infrastructure.
3. Experience managing large contact databases.
4. Experience with email verification, validation, and bounce management.
5. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP/email delivery systems.
6. Experience with APIs and third-party technology integrations.
7. Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or other scripting/automation tools.
8. Experience with cloud infrastructure and hosting platforms.
9. Understanding of email deliverability and domain reputation.

Key Performance Areas The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring:

- High availability and reliability of IT systems.
- Secure and properly configured email infrastructure.
- Smooth operation of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
- Proper management of domains, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Secure and reliable database operations.
- Timely resolution of employee IT issues.
- Successful backup and recovery of critical data.
- Strong IT security and access controls.
- Accurate IT asset and system documentation.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically strong, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting problems independently. The ideal candidate should not be limited to basic desktop support but should have a broader understanding of servers, networks, email infrastructure, databases, cybersecurity, and cloud-based business systems.

Experience in a B2B lead-generation or database-marketing environment will be highly preferred.
