Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Executive role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for RadarSoft Technologies LLP. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and presenting the company’s technology solutions to decision-makers.
The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining robust professional relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The Business Development
Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client requirements, prepare sales materials, and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and pursue growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and oversee ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client outreach, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in B2B technology or IT services sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
