? We’re Hiring: B2B IT Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales / Lead Generation Specialist who can generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and cold email.

This role is specifically focused on selling IT solutions and digital services to businesses.

? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, location and decision-maker profile
- Connect and engage with business owners, founders, CEOs, CTOs, IT Managers and other decision-makers
- Execute qualified LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Create and manage targeted cold-email campaigns
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and buying potential
- Generate sales conversations and book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records




- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies, messaging and conversion rates

? We’re Looking For Someone Who

✅ Has 2+ year experience in B2B IT/Software lead generation or sales

✅ Understands LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach

✅ Can identify the right decision-makers rather than simply generating random leads

✅ Has experience with cold email tools, CRM and lead-generation platforms

✅ Understands basic IT services and can communicate business value clearly

✅ Is target-driven and comfortable working with measurable KPIs

✅ Can demonstrate previous lead-generation results

Experience with selling software, automation, websites, mobile apps, SaaS or IT services will be highly preferred.
