Role Description:

The Information Technology Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT-related projects.

This role involves coordinating project schedules, meetings, and resources, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress against timelines and milestones. The coordinator will assist in gathering technical requirements, collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication across project participants.

Daily tasks include preparing status reports, identifying risks or issues, following up on action items, and supporting project managers in managing budgets and deliverables. The role also requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and proactive problem-solving to help projects run smoothly and meet organizational objectives.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Coordination and Project Management skills to support planning, tracking, and delivery of IT initiatives.
- Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge to understand systems, tools, and technical requirements relevant to project work.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and basic understanding of SDLC or IT implementation processes is advantageous.
- Prior internship or work experience in IT coordination, PMO support, or technology-driven projects will be considered a plus.
