This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our client, a global leader in clinical research and drug development, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IT project management, including project definition, scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and functions.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, quality, and financials, ensuring timely mitigation and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk/issue logs, and project documentation.
- Define functional requirements and specifications and coordinate with Business Analysts and technical teams.
- Manage UAT, system validation, technical change control, and go-live activities.
- Conduct project meetings, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to senior management.




- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with IT, business, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

NOTE: Duration - 6 months (extendable)

Skills Required

- Qualification to degree level, within a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10 + years’ experience successfully managing projects of various sizes.
- PMP, PRINCE 2, PMI-ACP or another relevant project management certification desirable.
- Systems integration experience highly desirable. Particularly in an M&A; capacity.
- Experience of being responsible for critical processes and tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks through good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and deliver to multiple, tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders, gathering information, providing project updates and assisting in training current users.
- Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions, both in the short and long term.
