Senior Technology Lawyer | 15–17 Years’ Experience

We are looking for a Senior Technology Lawyer with 15–17 years of experience to lead and support legal matters relating to technology, intellectual property, and commercial contracts , with strong expertise in technology law and patents.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts , including MSAs, SLAs, technology partnership, vendor, procurement, NDA, JV, and strategic alliance agreements.
- Advise on technology law, IP matters, software/licensing issues, data protection, and technology-related risks .
- Handle patent drafting, filing, prosecution support, and review of patent-related documents ; coordinate with patent counsel where required.
- Provide practical legal advice to business and technology teams on IP ownership, confidentiality, licensing, and technology transactions .
- Support employment,



labour, corporate, compliance, and dispute-related matters as required.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, risk notes, and contract summaries , and maintain the contract repository.
- Work closely with Technology, Business, Finance, HR, and Operations teams and external legal counsel.

Preferred Profile

- LL.B./LL.M. with 15–17 years of relevant legal experience , preferably with significant in-house technology/legal experience.
- Solid expertise in technology law, intellectual property, patents, and technology contracts .
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Patent/IP experience will be strongly preferred.
