Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for US and/or European clients . The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling IT requirements independently, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US/European IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals and other channels .
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication and client requirements.
- Conduct initial recruiter screening/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offers and onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly reports.




- Work closely with clients, account managers and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
- Stay updated on IT technologies, hiring trends and US/European recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / International IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently .
- Experience recruiting for US and/or European clients .
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn and other job portals .
- Good understanding of US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, W2 Contract, Direct Hire , etc.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment .
- Good written and verbal English communication.
