Requirement

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certifications.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar IT administration role.
- Extensive expertise in IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical support.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices - Ability to manage and prioritize IT projects and tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
- Ability to adapt to recent technologies and learn quickly.




- Experience with IT documentation and asset management systems.
- Experience with IT compliances like 9001/27001 etc. would be preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and user support.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to align with company objectives.
- Implementing robust security protocols and procedures to safeguard against potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and managing access control to protect sensitive data.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, performing data backups, and ensuring efficient data archiving.
- Developing effective data retrieval and recovery procedures to protect against data loss.
- Designing and implementing end-user feedback and error reporting systems for improved user experience.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees while providing top-notch IT support to all team members.
- Staying up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration to enhance system efficiency.
