Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager who can manage influencer campaigns end-to-end—from discovery and data validation to negotiation, onboarding, execution, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms, categories, and regions.
- Build and maintain a detailed influencer database.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to evaluate audience demographics, engagement quality,



fake/bot followers, and brand fit.
- Coordinate with influencers, talent managers and agencies.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and brand exclusivity if required.
- Manage briefing, onboarding, content approvals, publishing and campaign closure.
- Measure performance and prepare campaign reports with detailed insights.

Candidate Profile

- 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Hands-on knowledge of influencer discovery, audience audit and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other major social platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and stakeholders simultaneously.
- An established network of influencers and talent agencies is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
