At Sixteen Dreams, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our remote team. If you understand the Indian creator ecosystem and love turning talent into successful brand partnerships, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities

Creator Database Management: Build, update, and maintain structured tracking sheets for high-potential creators and influencers.

Talent Outreach: Connect directly with creators via phone and digital channels to pitch and secure potential collaborations.

Brand Coordination: Assist brand managers in tracking deliverables and ensuring influencer campaigns stay strictly on schedule.

Campaign Support: Conduct market research to discover new influencer niches that align with brand and client goals.





Requirements

Strong Communication: Comfortable making calls, negotiating, and executing professional outreach across digital platforms.

Top-Notch Organization: High attention to detail for handling complex creator data and multi-campaign tracking.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Indian creator landscape and influencer marketing trends.

Proactivity & Setup: Must have your own laptop and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a remote setup.

Compensation: Fixed monthly stipend + performance-based incentives based on performance, campaign results and execution.
