Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing and partnerships teams. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and researching potential influencers, assisting with outreach and communication, and helping coordinate content briefs and timelines. The intern will monitor campaign performance, compile basic analytics reports, and contribute to content ideas that align with brand objectives.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining influencer databases, supporting event or activation logistics,



and brainstorming ways to enhance creator engagement on the platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and creator economy trends, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Basic skills in communication, relationship building, and coordination to support outreach and manage influencer interactions professionally.
- Ability to conduct online research, organize information, and maintain structured records or databases of creators and campaigns.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media analytics features to assist in reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft clear messages and summarize information concisely.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with guidance from team members.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage but not required.
