Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns to promote Homeday’s services and brand. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves identifying relevant influencers, assisting with outreach, managing communication, and tracking campaign performance. The intern will help coordinate content briefs, review influencer content for brand consistency, and contribute ideas for social media and content collaborations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining influencer databases, preparing reports, monitoring trends across platforms,



and collaborating with marketing and design teams to enhance campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Ability to research, identify, and evaluate influencers across social media platforms based on audience relevance and engagement.
- Strong communication skills for influencer outreach, negotiation support, and ongoing relationship management.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting on influencer performance using spreadsheets or simple analytics tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in marketing, social media, or brand partnerships; current students or recent graduates in related fields (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media Studies) are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in office in Noida and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing or digital campaigns is a plus but not required.
