Role Description The Interior Designer Intern will support the design team in developing residential interior concepts, preparing mood boards, and assisting with material and furniture selections. Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting layout plans, creating 2D/3D visualizations under supervision, organizing project documentation, and coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. The intern will help with site visits, measurements, and progress checks, as well as contribute to client presentations and design revisions.





This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Kolkata with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, color theory, and basic residential design concepts.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software; familiarity with MS Office and presentation tools.
- Solid visual sense and creativity, with the ability to translate ideas into clear layouts, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing measurements, material lists, and project documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and support site work in Kolkata as part of a hybrid internship arrangement.
